This week over 300 people join Prevention Connection‘s most recent web conference titled Sustaining a Movement to Prevent Violence Against Women. Participants engaged lively conversations about what the next steps are for the violence against women prevention movement to advance.
I was impressed with the depth of the discussion. Tonya Lovelace of the Women of Color Network and Patty Wetterling of the Minnesota Department of Health shared their insights about the successes to date for the movement to prevent sexual assault and domestic violence; they also shared where we need to improve.
