Camp Peaceworks: A teen alliance for social justice

Christine Gilfillan of Berks Women in Crisis describes Camp Peaceworks, a primary prevention program featured in the National Sexual Violence Resource Center’s recent report on Innovations in Prevention. Camp Peaceworks has adapted the curriculum “Making the Peace” by Paul Kivel to develop a five-day camp for young people that establishes a foundation for young people to take action to prevent violence.
