We are honored to have Arlene Vassell with us, the Founding Director of TooREL Institute for Social Change. Arlene was previously the Vice President of Programs, Prevention & Social Change at the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence, where she served as a national technical assistance provider for the DELTA project.
