New Downloadable Content: Economic Supports for Safe and Equitable Communities

PreventConnect has released a resource guide of tools and resources to build practitioners’ knowledge, skills, and capacity to implement economic support strategies in their prevention work. The collection includes links to tools that can be useful in building internal capacity and external communication about the connection between economic support and sexual and intimate partner violence prevention. Many resources feature the work of CDC-funded RPE and DELTA Impact recipients, including stories and lessons from movement leaders, local organizers, and activists.

This guide can be used as a supplementary tool to onboarding and training, offering multiple modality options for developing intermediate skills and knowledge. It also includes links and contact information for organizations with historical expertise in the research and implementation of economic support and health equity.
